We have a Practice in Sarasota that currently has 4 Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physicians, looking to add another. Practice is comprised of 3 comprehensive facilities in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton, FL offering -A State of the Art Facility, Full Infusion Suite, Clinical Laboratory, PET/CT, Oral Pharmacy, and more.

It will require some hospital rounding but normal schedule is Monday- Thursday.

You will be supported by over 100 Primary Care Physicians within the group. This is an excellent opportunity for fast track to Partnership Level.

Excellent compensation package including base salary, incentive bonus, full benefits package and track to Partnership Level after 1 year for interested candidates.

You will be seeing @ 12-17 patients per day and providing primary care to our Advantage Care patients requiring assessment, documentation, treatment, and evaluation of care based on national standards and evidence-based guidelines.

Must be familiar with HEDIS measures and able to work independently The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in Managed Care and Medicare experience as an NP/PA ( no new graduates will be considered) FL license required, with good people and patient care skills.
